TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Welcome to SBT Renovations! These terms and conditions govern the use of our services. By engaging with SBT Renovations, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. General Terms

1.1. SBT Renovations reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice.
1.2. All services provided by SBT Renovations are subject to availability and consultation.
1.3. A signed agreement is required before commencing any project.


2. Quotations and Pricing

2.1. All quotations are valid for 30 days from the date issued.
2.2. Pricing is subject to change if project scope or material costs are altered.
2.3. GST (Goods and Services Tax) is included unless otherwise stated.


3. Payments

3.1. A deposit of 30% of the total project cost is required to secure a booking.
3.2. Final payment is due upon completion of the project unless otherwise agreed.
3.3. Late payments may incur additional fees of 5% per month.


4. Refunds and Cancellations

4.1. Deposits are non-refundable booking.
4.2. Cancellations must be made in writing and are subject to review.
4.3. Refunds for cancellations depend on the project stage and materials ordered.


5. $1500 Cashback Offer Terms

5.1. The $1500 cashback offer is valid for renovation projects exceeding $20,000 (including GST).
5.2. Cashback will be issued within 14 business days of the final payment and project completion.
5.3. The offer is not transferable, redeemable for cash, or combinable with other promotions.
5.4. SBT Renovations reserves the right to withdraw or modify this offer at any time.

5.5 Cashback can only be claimed if customer provides a video testimonial to SBT RENOVATIONS


6. Project Timelines

6.1. All project timelines are estimates and may vary due to unforeseen circumstances, including weather, supplier delays, or client-requested changes.
6.2. Clients will be notified promptly of any significant delays.


7. Warranties and Liability

7.1. SBT Renovations provides a warranty of 12 months on workmanship from the project completion date.
7.2. The warranty does not cover wear and tear, misuse, or external factors beyond our control.
7.3. SBT Renovations is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from the project.


8. Client Responsibilities

8.1. Clients must provide access to the property and any necessary utilities (e.g., water, electricity).
8.2. Any pre-existing conditions or hazards must be disclosed before the project begins.


9. Dispute Resolution

9.1. In the event of a dispute, SBT Renovations will work in good faith to resolve the matter amicably.
9.2. If resolution is not possible, disputes may be referred to an independent mediator or legal proceedings.


10. Governing Law

10.1. These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Sydney, NSW Australia.
